Akron mayoral candidates incumbent Dan Horrigan and challenger Josh Sines debated before an Akron Press Club crowd of more than 300 Oct. 16.
The candidates agreed on a number of issues. Both said they may have to raise sewer rates and each would emphasize cyber security and streamline city departments.
