The U.S. political system is broken and that is putting America behind China on the world stage, Rep. Tim Ryan told an audience of 175 at the Akron Press Club on March 11. The United States can out innovate China if every leader and citizen focuses on the problems we face rather than the issues that divide us.
The Democrat from Niles also said he still is considering a presidential bid.
